Also we cannot forget our sponsors who have supported us recognize youths who have excelled in the agriculture sector and we can guarantee them of a top notch event”

Kajengo said the event was part of efforts to lure young people into agriculture and demonstrate to the “doubting Thomases” that the sector was lucrative.

“These young farmers were nominated from different sectors such as cropping, livestock, innovation, engineering and irrigation, water, soil management and media. The essence of young farmer branding is to help in luring and attracting young farmers into the agriculture sector”.
